• Discord User Data: When you log in with Discord, we receive your user ID, username, and avatar.
• Server Information: When you add Proto to a server, we store the server ID and name.
• Moderation Logs: Actions taken through Proto (timeouts, kicks, bans, warnings) are stored temporarily.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our moderation services
• Display your servers in the web dashboard
• Generate moderation audit logs
• Improve our service and user experience

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on our self-hosted server infrastructure. Your moderation logs are retained for 90 days after Proto is removed from a server.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely for providing Proto's moderation services.

5. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Request access to your stored data
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) stored in memory. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
